Well, the Tangletamers arrived yesterday and I fitted them last night - they work perfectly! I have had a number of problems with tangled earphones, to the extent whereby the sleeving was starting to split in places (and these are very expensive Shure earphones), so when I read about TTs, I thought they would be ideal.... And they are!! Not only do they prevent the wires from tangling, but they also protect them from damage which was an added bonus!

I am delighted with my purchase and will be spreading the word accordingly.

I listen to audio books on the train going into work. For years I have put up with what I call the "ipod tangles" (_-something I believe is a yet to be discovered universal law of physics.) I figure if I were to bill the "universe" an hourly rate for every minute that I have spent untangling headphones (and this goes back to walkman days) the bill would easily go into the thousands. I got the tangle tamers yesterday. I twisted the springs on and jammed them in my pocket. Later on the train --NO TANGLES-- I CAN'T even GET GET THEM TO TANGLE when I TRY to.

Salvation!

Not to mention they look really great. I'm going to buy them for the entire family come stocking stuffer time.
